no me gusto el hotel, las instalaciones estaban bien y limpias, pero el personal no sabia ni una palabra e ingles, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy incomoda, ya que tardamos 1hora y 30 minutos en hacer el chek in y el mismo tiempo el chek out. pedimos servicio de habitaciones y llego dos horas tarde y mal....un desastre. no recomiendo este hotel a nadie, un hotel de 5 estrellas tiene que tener un servicio excelente

Kind staff, English-speaking reception, big comfortable rooms, clean design. Subway station only 50 meters away with perfect connection to city sites. Great location, executive double non-smoking rooms, attentive staff, nice crib for baby. Convenient for airport, big, clean, comfortable rooms. Nice localization, nice staff, home-like toiletries and coffee, spare adaptors, big room, bath.

I love the design of the room, so impressive as this is a combination of model white and pink design specicaly for ladies, while adding Chinese elements into it. The price is reasonable and suitable for young travelers.

Taxi is difficult to reach the main entrance when there is traffic, which this happens all the time. Other than that, the price and the quality matches

easy access to Metro. The metro station is no more than 50 meters away. The room is spacious and clean.

The reception is not helpful. The room itself is a little bit old. Dim light.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to the subway station. It makes it very convenient to explore various sites of the city. Additionally, the hotel is near to 2 metro lines, making transportation around this city very easy. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, and they are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff at the hotel are attentive and friendly, providing great service.

The extra service charge of 15% above published rates. We stayed at similar hotels elsewhere in China. This hotel was 2 to 3 times more expensive for breakfast than similar hotels we stayed in. We had breakfast once but it is not worth the high rate.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Beijing that was conveniently located near the Chegongzhuang subway station, making it very easy for me to travel to the city center and Wangfujing area. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom and all necessary amenities. The hotel staff provided great service and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I also enjoyed the view from my room, overlooking the city skyline. it was a great experience staying at this hotel.

The only downside was that taxis were not readily available near the hotel, which made transportation a bit inconvenient at times.

Nice and clean, and they let us check in early without additional charge. Good location if you planning on driving.

There are no shopping, convenient stores or restaurant nearby within walking distance.

Staff were very helpful and spoke good English which helped us tremendously! Location next to the subway was extremely useful and provided superb access to all areas of the city. The hotel itself was very, very clean as was our room. The beauty room we stayed in was wonderful and very relaxing!

Use of the hotel car was far too expensive which did not encourage its use.
